LBV Pearls Privacy and Security Policy

At LBV Pearls, we want our valuable customers to feel safe. For this reason, we have made the commitment to our customers to ensure the privacy of all personal information. We seriously take control of the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information. Your personal information will only be used to process your transaction. We do not rent, sell, or in any other way exchange your email or personal information with other parties. Also, the highest encryption technology is used to ensure that your sensitive information will be thoroughly protected.

Your online purchase is 100% secure. All orders will be shipped before the credit card is actually charged. Fraudulent credit card usage will be reported to the proper authorities. In any unlikely event that you believe that a fraudulent purchase has been made using your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

As we are very concerned with customer satisfaction, LBV Pearls may send an email to follow-up on your order to make sure you are completely satisfied with your jewelry and customer service. If you would prefer not to receive a courtesy email, please let us know in the comment section of your order, by emailing us, or by calling us over the phone.

As our business changes so may aspects of our Privacy Policy. Privacy policy updates will be posted here. Policies directly affecting customer personal information will always remain in effect, and only policies that further enhance the security and privacy of our customers will be added to this policy.

LBV Pearls Shipping Policy

The LBV Pearls ships all of its products using FedEx / UPS. This method of shipping is specifically designed for a fast, easy, and secured method of shipping our high-valued jewelry.

Most items in stock are shipped within one business day. All packages are fully insured and require an adult signature. Packages are typically shipped FedEx / UPS 2nd Day Express. Processing time is typically 2-3 business days.

Please contact us if you need other shipping arrangements. LBV Pearls will send you an automated shipping confirmation email after we send out your order. A tracking number or delivery confirmation number is included in the email.

LBV Pearls Return Policy

LBV's fine quality pearl jewelry should meet or exceed your expectations. However, if within 30 days of purchase you are not for any reason completely satisfied with your LBV Pearls purchase, you may return all merchandise in its original condition with original packaging, receipt (packing slip) and all other documentation (appraisal sheet) for a 100% refund of your purchase price. Orders which received free shipping may have the original shipping charges deducted from their refund.

Only items returned in their original condition are eligible for a full refund or exchange. The LBV Pearls is not responsible for any damaged, lost, or uninsured packages in the return process. Any jewelry that has been resized or modified in any way will not be accepted.

All returns/exchanges must include a completed Return/Exchange Merchandise Form. Please also include a copy of the original invoice. Pack the pearls securely inside their jewelry boxes. Ship the items inside a rigid shipping box similar to how you received them. Do not use only a padded shipping envelope because it cannot protect the jewelry boxes and pearls from being damaged during shipping. Items received with crushed or damaged jewelry boxes will be assessed a fee. We strongly recommend that you send your exchange or return insured and in the original packaging.

All packages should be sent requiring our signature when delivered to ensure that we receive them. For your protection, please insure your return/exchange shipment.

Once we receive your items, your refund or exchange is usually processed within three business days. Upon receiving your return or exchange we will examine the items to make sure they are in their original condition. Items showing signs of wear or damage cannot be accepted for return or exchange at the original purchase price.

Refunds for purchases made using a credit card will be credited to your card and will appear on your billing statement. Refunds may take up to 4 weeks to appear on your statement.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs on all returned or exchanged items.

All returned orders which received free shipping will be refunded the total amount of the original purchase price minus the original shipping costs incurred by LBV Pearls.

Most returns or exchanges are processed within a week of our receipt of any returned items. All refunds will be credited to the card used to purchase the items for the amount of the product purchased. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
